These folks have great screw jacks and beam holders for floor leveling. I will use these folks.

Foundation Repair, waterproofing, exterior water management, wall anchoring, crawl space recovery, etc. They use a driven pile system that is on a cable for fixing foundations. I was quoted $900 per pier, but YMMV - I have no idea your circumstances and my house is... TINY! The manager, Tod was super nice and came out to look at the house and give the estimate for FREE, knowing that I had not even bought the house yet. Then while he was there, he offered to look over the whole house to see if he saw any other structural "alarms". Fantastic. I will use these guys if I decide to get it repaired. I think I will first take measurements and watch for a few months.
